As i was going through a pile of undone work yesterday, i found something which made me so happy! By happy i mean very happy!

 

What i found was an instant reminder of when i was training to be a Personal Trainer! (Rough Times!!!) but what could it be that made me so happy? My qualification, Oh please!!!(Good point actually! wheren is it?!)

What i found yesterday, was a big achievement for me 1 year ago but when i looked at it yesterday, it was just a piece of paper and nothing more. This happens in our lives alot, doesn't it? We throw away the stuff that once were the biggest achievements for us!

 

Let me explain what i mean. Remember the time you were applying to university? At that time getting into university could have been the best thing in your life but when you look back now, you start to remember your achievements and the great things that you have done in your life but we all simply forgot it and treat as if it was a normal and random thing.

 

So if you are reading this blog and thinking you are not succesful or good enough in your life or haven't achieved what you had in mind, don't worry! 

If you think you haven't done so good, don't worry!

If you think you have failed, don't worry!

 

Listen, i know more than half of you have problems and issues in your life, just like anyone does, but this shouldn't stop you from recognizing a great person who you are about to meet...

 

Do you know who that is?

 

Thats you! Yes! I'm going to introduce you to the True You! (No i'm not mad)

 

Remember, YOU ARE FABULOUS!

 

Before i go any further, i want you to say this out loud: "I'm a great person because i've done so many great things in the past and from today, i will start achieving just like the old days"

 

So, i want you to list 5 great achievement that you had in your past and go over them one by one and see how did you achieve it and why?

 

After you have done that, simply apply them to your todays targets and goals and see how easily you can meet your goals from today! (Old ways are still useful)
