I hope you are ok.

 

Yesterday i was chatting to a client who was NOT overweight and she only had 9% Body Fat which is normal for ladies. However, she had a big belly and she though she is FAT.

 

I went through a body check and a postural analysis and i found out that she is neither FAT or OVERWEIGHT.

 

So why did she look big and out of shape???

 

Well here is the answer:

 

Most of the times, people think that they are overweight and they have body fat, but this is not the case.

Let me make it easy to understand, if you have a big belly, 9 out of 10, you don't have body fat stored there, its just your belly being big, this is because your abdominal muscles are not strong enough to push your belly back in and hold it.

This comes from lack of exercise and your muscles being lazy so thats why such a thing happens!

 

So what should i do if i have the same problem???

 

The temporary solution that i would suggest for you to do at home and free of charge, is to go for a jog (15 minutes) everyday in the morning before you have breakfast and perform 50 Leg raises after running.

 

Leg raises are simple, this is how you do it:

1) Lie on the ground(on your back) and relax your body

2)Put you hands under your bum

3)tense your stomach as hard as you can

4)put your legs close to each other and make sure your toes are pointing forward

5)Now simply raise your legs as much as you can and put them down again(Mkae sure your leg is straight at all times and that you do not bend your knees)
